Data uploaded to a service from RunKeeper does not match the summary in RunKeeper. Why is this?

When we upload your activity to some services, we will use the map information. We have noticed that some activities recorded by RunKeeper on Apple Watch and possibly other smart watches sample GPS data and can be different than the summary shown. There is no workaround for this.

I am not seeing my activities before 5 years ago; why?

Runkeeper appears to have a limitation where it will not accept data from before 5 years ago.
